I dealt with the (ostensibly similar) Danish socialized health care system secondhand, it seemed pretty efficient- then again it was the middle of the night and they were dealing with a student studying abroad at a Danish university (who I guess was included in socialized health care there for that reason). But yeah, expenses are brutal when you’re not a citizen or have a VISA or something.

Glad to hear you’re feeling a bit better now, though.

You should listen to Jens Lekman since you’re in Sweden and all…. either that or Abba or melodic death metal (At the Gates, In Flames, etc.)- your call- but I’m guessing you’ll like Jens Lekman the best.
